Each sachet contains 24 g of whey protein isolate and 24 g of carbohydrates (1:1 ratio), ideal for maintaining muscle mass and restoring your energy, with added iron, to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and zinc, which contributes to normal protein synthesis. The presence of leucine and hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) is essential to support the processes of physical recovery and maintain muscle mass.

Recover is the ideal post-workout supplement when:

Take Recover within 1 hour of finishing your workout for ideal muscle recovery and to prevent DOMS. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 300 ml of water, milk or a plant-based drink to your taste and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
